How it works?

eDoc Deposit Limited can help you if you want to store documents on the internet or if you've been sent here to retrieve your individual documents. Whether you're an application developer wishing to integrate your application with eDoc Deposit or a user of an application which is eDoc Deposit enabled, you've come to the right place.

Developer Integration

If you have developed a product or application. For example a payroll application, that prints payslips or a sales ledger that generates invoices and statements. eDoc Deposit offers you an alternative way of distributing these documents. By integrating with eDoc Deposit the documents produced by your application can go directly to the eDoc Deposit web site.

Annual pricing structure.

(Prices are per document stored for 24 months i.e. /payslip)

30 pence for	000 - 250 documents	(Minimum annual charge of £25)
29 pence for	251 - 750 documents
28 pence for	751 - onwards

Customers will be invoiced monthly based on a document count.
Low volume customers will be invoiced £25(minimum annual charge) at end of first month and may then be in credit for some months.

eDoc Deposit customers will have the facility to view a report showing the document count at any time.
